Appointments are required for all mat classes to ensure availability. Class schedule subject to change.
Proper mat work technique is the foundation of Joseph Pilates' work. The mat classes are offered and available after several
private lessons. Pilates of Dunwoody offers an introductory special that includes 5 private sessions for $310. This is to
ensure that each client learns the exercises with proper form and alignment, as well as the specific order in which they are performed.
Mat 2 - A beginner-intermediate class focusing on alignment, form, and the 6 principles of pilates.
Mat 2-3 - An intermediate class that includes specific advanced exercises depending on the student's abilities. A full
understanding of the intermediate mat is required to take this class.
Mat 3 - A fast-paced advanced class improving client's endurance and form. Clients must have permission to enter this class,
and must take a semi-private or a private once a week.
