Studio Policies:

Please turn off cell phones during your session. You may place the phone in silent mode in case of emergency.

Socks must be worn during all sessions, including mat classes. This is a health department rule. It also keeps the equipment clean.

Children under 13 are not allowed to watch/wait during sessions. This is for your child's safety. It is also a distraction to other clients when children are present.

24-hour notice is required for cancellation. You will be charged for failing to cancel a private or mat class in time.

Standing appointments (mat class and/or private sessions) require pre-payment.
